SKINS EMPIRE

Frequently asked questions

How does buying a skin work?

Pick your skin, add it to your cart, and complete checkout in EUR. The skin is transferred to your account on delivery. Most deliveries complete within minutes.

Can I sell skins on Skins Empire?

Coming soon.

Are payments secure?

Yes. Checkout runs on a PCI-compliant payment processor and we never store card details on our servers.

What happens if a skin is unavailable?

If the skin can't be delivered, you receive a full refund automatically — no support ticket required.

What does the trade lock and "Tradable" label mean?

CS2 and Dota 2 items get an automatic 7-day trade lock from Steam after each trade. Locked items can still be listed and bought on Skins Empire — once the lock expires, the buyer can pull the item to their Steam account.

How old do I have to be to use Skins Empire?

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Skins Empire account and trade skins on the marketplace.

What should I do if my payment was declined?

Double-check your card details, available balance, and that 3-D Secure is enabled. If it still fails, try a different method (PayPal, Apple Pay, another card) or contact your bank — most declines come from issuer-side fraud rules.

Where can I find my purchased items?

Purchased skins appear in your Skins Empire inventory immediately after checkout. Tradable items can be sent to your Steam account from there with a single click.

I accidentally bought the wrong item — can I get a refund?

If the item hasn't been delivered to your Steam account yet, contact support and we'll cancel and refund the order. Once transferred, items can't be returned.
